The Regency Voice Systems 24 Hour Customer Service system enable customers to perform a wide variety of banking functions from home.  Access to the Regency Voice System is granted by touch-tone telephone using a Person Identification Number which is issued when a new account is opened.  The Regency Voice System allows customers to:

  1. Check balances, recent deposits, and check information in checking accounts
  2. Check balances and recent deposits in savings accounts
  3. Check balances, maturity dates, interest due, and last year's interest on certificates of deposit
  4. Transfer money between accounts
  5. Check balances, payments due, and make payments on loan accounts
  6. Change their Personal Identification Number at any time
